    • Fundamentals of Arbitration: Four day, straddle the weekend session that trains you in the legal background of arbitration and its enforceability, and takes your through hands-on training from hearing to decision making and handling difficult parties

    • Advanced Arbitration: Requires experience in having participated in or provided over at least ten arbitrations.  Four day, straddle the weekend training that explores pre-hearing conferences, disclosure requirements (especially in California and including disclosure forms), arbitration enforceability case law, federal pre-emption and hearing skills in moving witnesses and cases forward

    • The Business of Arbitration: Two day course in how to establish, market, build, maintain and manage an arbitration practice including consumer arbitrations and obtaining necessary insurance.

      Satisfactory Completion of all three of the above courses entitles the student to an Arbitration Credential.

      One day detailing arbitration compliance procedures with statutory schemes in California.


  • Construction Training Programs
     

    • Attorney-in-Your-PocketTM

      This one-day course reviews construction contracts for murder clauses, death traps and resolution nightmares, and shows you how to negotiate and manage contracts for the benefit of your firm and the project.

    • Project Alignment Facilitation

      This one-day course is a hands on study of how to facilitate Power Partnering sessions, starting wit the role of the scrivener and moving on to the role of the partnering facilitator
