United States Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution
Dick Bayer was recently named to
the USIECR Roster, becoming only the 7th neutral from Southern California to be
so honored.

Dan Fauchier and Dick Bayer continue to work through Team Tech, Inc. in Olympia,
Washington to promote and work with
Project Alignment
and Project
Realignment.
These processes use the change order specification of the contract to resolve substantial
construction disputes and are discussed at length on our
Construction Services
page.
Dan and Dick have also worked extensively with
the
San Diego County
Water Authority
in teaching and promoting the One
Owner Team concept and Project First Thinking. Posters representing those
concepts are hanging in the Water Authority conference room (pictured below)
