The California Prison Health Care Receivership Program

Dick Bayer and Dan Fauchier continue their work with the California Prison Health Care Receivership Program in Sacramento.  The Program is charged by the Federal Court to raise the level of healthcare in California prisons to minimum constitutional levels.  Click here for more information on the Program.

.United States Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution

Dick Bayer was recently named to the USIECR Roster, becoming only the 7th neutral from Southern California to be so honored.

Continued Growth

The La Jolla Center continues to expand the services we offer.

TeamTech and The La Jolla Center:  Dan Fauchier and Dick Bayer continue to work through Team Tech, Inc. in Olympia, Washington to promote and work with Project Alignment and Project Realignment.  These processes use the change order specification of the contract to resolve substantial construction disputes and are discussed at length on our Construction Services page.

Dan and Dick have also worked extensively with the San Diego County Water Authority in teaching and promoting the One Owner Team concept and Project First Thinking.  Posters representing those concepts are hanging in the Water Authority conference room (pictured below)
